The SPARQ 2 You Anniversary Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1 The SPARQ 2 You Anniversary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by SPARQ Coffee (“Organizer”).

1.2 By participating, all participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 This Giveaway is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.

2.2 Employees of SPARQ Coffee, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3 Participants must register as members by downloading and signing up on the SPARQ App to be eligible.

2.4 The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1 The Giveaway runs from 19th May 2025 to 13th July 2025 (“Campaign Period”).

3.2 Entries received after the campaign period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Download and sign up on the SPARQ App (first-time users).

   

• Make a purchase via the SPARQ App

   

• 1 receipt = 1 entry.

**In case of app malfunction, please  inform SPARQ’s staff and you may submit a backup entry via a Google form, including name, registered contact, invoice number, receipt image, and purchase details.

4.2 Only transactions made by verified SPARQ app members will be considered valid entries.

5. WINNER SELECTION & ANNOUNCEMENT

5.1 Winners will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries.

5.2 Prize Structure: A variety of exclusive prizes will be awarded (details announced on SPARQ’s social media).

5.3 Winners will be announced weekly throughout the campaign period via SPARQ Coffee’s official social media pages.

5.4 Winners must actively check SPARQ’s weekly winner announcements on our official social media pages. Winners will not be individually contacted.red ones all able to proceed

If you see your name announced, please reach out to the SPARQ team via social media Direct Message (DM) within 72 hours.

When contacting us, kindly attach a screenshot of the winner announcement as proof.

Our team will then verify your details before processing your prize claim.

5.5 The Organizer’s decision is final, and no appeals or disputes will be entertained.

6. PRIZES

6.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternatives.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value without prior notice.

7. DISQUALIFICATION

7.1 Participants will be disqualified if they:

• Use fake, duplicated, or fraudulent accounts.

• Fail to complete the required steps for entry.

• Engage in tampering, cheating, or any activity that violates the Giveaway rules.

8. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS & LIABILITY

8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway at any time.

   

• Disqualify participants suspected of misconduct.

   

• Use winners’ names, social media handles, and submitted content for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

   

8.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for any:

• Loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation.

   

Technical issues that disrupt or prevent participation.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

9.1 By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

9.2 Data will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment or campaign operation.

9.3 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name, social media handle, and publicly available images (e.g., tagged posts or submitted content) for marketing, publicity, and winner announcement purposes without additional notice or compensation.

FAQ

1. General Participation

Q: What if I purchase more than 1 drink in one receipt?
A: Each receipt counts as 1 entry, regardless of how many drinks were purchased in that single transaction.

Q: What if I don’t want to download the SPARQ App?
A: Only SPARQ members (i.e., those who have downloaded and signed up via the SPARQ App) are eligible to join the giveaway. Downloading the app is required to participate. 

Q: What if I ordered through the SPARQ App? Do I still need to submit the form?
A: No form submission is needed! As long as you purchase via the app, your entry is automatically recorded.

Q: I’m a walk-in customer — how do I make sure my entry is counted?
A: You must download the SPARQ App, sign up as a member, and place your order through the app by selecting “Pick Up.” Only app-based purchases will be eligible for entry.

Q: Do I need to submit anything manually?
A: Only if there’s a technical issue with the app. A backup form (Google Form) will be available for manual submission and verification.

2. Walk-In / In-Store Purchases

Q: I’m a first-time user and bought it in-store. How do I enter?
A: Download and sign up for the SPARQ App, then place your order via the app under the “Pick Up” option. Purchases must be made through the app to qualify for entry.

Q: I forgot to order via the app during my purchase. Can I still claim my entries?
A: If the app was working: unfortunately, entries can only be captured if the purchase is made via the app.If the app was down: you can submit your receipt through the backup Google Form.

3. App-Related Questions

Q: I downloaded the app and made my first in-store purchase. How do I know I got my entries?
A:  If you placed your order via the SPARQ App, your entry will be automatically recorded on the backend. 

Q: Will I see how many entries I have in the app?
A:  No, you will not be able to see your total entries inside the app. However, rest assured that all your eligible purchases are recorded on the backend by the organiser as long as you purchase your order via SPARQ app.

Q: I had issues with the app / it crashed during my purchase. How do I join?
A: If you encounter app issues during your purchase, please immediately inform SPARQ’s staff at the counter. 

Then, submit your entry through the backup form by providing your registered phone number, invoice number, receipt photo, and purchase details for manual verification.

4. Prizes & Winner Selection

Q: How will the winners be selected?
A: Winners will be drawn at random from valid entries collected throughout the campaign.

Q: How will I know if I won?
A: Winners will be announced weekly on SPARQ’s official social media pages

Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Yes — every receipt (purchase) equals one entry. The more purchases you make, the higher your chances of winning!
