Terms and Conditions for SPARQ Coffee Mobile Application Users
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“Application”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
Account Creation:
To use our application, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Order Placement:
You can place an order through our application. Once you have placed an order, you cannot cancel or modify it. Orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Payment:
Payment for your order will be made through our application. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as specified in the application. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Delivery:
We will deliver your order to the address specified in your account. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued for orders that are canceled by us or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
User Conduct:
You agree to use our application for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to use our application to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Our application and all content included in our application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of our company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Our application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the operation of our application or the information, content, materials, or products included in our application.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our food ordering mobile application or the information, content, materials, or products included in our application.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our application after any modification to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located (Malaysia). Any legal action arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
